for PHYSICAL classes:

* Please bring a few products, as we will together create titles and tags of selected products during the class as a brainstorming and also we will practice making photos.
* Please bring your TRAIMings Planner (provided as a digital file with your Etsy purchase), a pencil and a blankbook.
* If you are sensitive to the white-light of projectors, please consider bringing yellow-light glasses.
* After the course, flight times permitting, it would be my pleasure to spend some time with you over coffee and drinks enjoying conversation and answering your questions in a relaxed setting.

for ONLINE classes:

* The class will be on Zoom Video Conferencing software medium. Though registering is not necessary and though you can connect via your mobile phone or tablet besides your PC, you should create an account and download the dekstop app and connect through Zoom PC Desktop App for best perfomance and efficiency. * Check your camera, speakers/headphones and microphone before the class. If you plan to use your headphones instead of speakers&microphone of your PC, test them before the class to see which one works better. Joining a conference with a friend before the class is a great way to see if you are missing something and also useful to get used with the software.
* Charge your PC, tablet and mobile phone fully before the class. Incase a problem happens, you can continue to class with the next device.
* Check your internet connection before the class. Being closer to the modem provides better speed and stability.
* As the terms of communication, when device/connection variations and many other factors are considered, online classes are harder both for the teacher and the student when compared to physical classes. So, it will be helpful for everyone to be in a silent room. Minimum interruption means maximum efficiency.
* Please keep a few products near you, as we will together create titles and tags of selected products during the class as a brainstorming.

for PHYSICAL classes:

* The class will start at 10.am and will end at 16.pm on both days.. We will break for lunch at 13:00.pm and resume at 13:30.pm. Short breaks will be interspersed through the course each day. 5 hours will be spent in study per day, 10 hours in total.
* The venue will be announced 4-7 days before the course.
* Please arrive 20 mins before the first class for introductions. We will begin the course promptly at 10.am.

for ONLINE classes:

* The class will start at 21.pm and will end at 23.pm on each of five days. Short breaks will be interspersed through the course each day. 2 hours per day will be spent in study; 10 hours in total. In case of technical difficulties, duration can be extended.
* The direct connection URL (link) will be sent to your emails before the class.
* Please test your connection, speakers, headphones, microphone and fully charge your devices before the class. You can join to waiting room 20 minutes before the class for introductions. We will begin the course promptly at 21.pm.
* Each participant is responsible both the availability and the quality of their connections. Frequently recurring connection cuts will unfortunately result by getting removed from the meeting room to be able to provide a smooth course for everyone. The participant being removed from the room due to technical problems will have a claim of joining the next class.
* Each participant is responsible of being respectful to everyone. Due to bad language or abusing through private chat will result by getting banned from the meeting room. The participant being removed from the room due to such issues will not be accepted to any further class and no refund will be given.
* Public chat and the whiteboard can be saved.

for BOTH classes:

* Purchasing any TRAIMings class will give you the privilege of:
a) Becoming a Returning Participant who gets discounts for all classes,
b) Free 30 minutes 1-on-1 emergency support,
c) Discount on 1-on-1 mentoring as much as the cost of this class.
* Clicking to “Join & Pay on Etsy” button after filling out the registration form inside the event page will redirect you to TRAIMings Etsy Shop. There you can purchase the related class via PayPal and you will be automatically registered to the class. Please keep in mind that you must select the correct listing: “Regular” for new participants, “Returning” for returning participiants and “Student” for students. If you are disabled, just use the form in traimings.com/contact and I’ll register you manually; the class is free for disabled people, limited to 2 participiants per class.
* The listings in TRAIMings Etsy Shop are digital products. There will be some optional files for download, some stupid witty offerings to set the tone for the course. We will have fun.
* Cancellations will be accepted up to 4 days before online classes and 7 days before physical classes; you will get an immediate full refund. After which the fee can not be refunded.
* No audio/video recording will be allowed during class.
* I collect your personal information to be able to organize classes, to contact you and to recieve/make payments. I will never use, share, or sell your personal information for external purposes.
